Please do not distribute it or copy it in any way not allowed by the terms of the licence.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the license agreement.

If, and only if, you accept the terms and conditions of the Licence Agreement, Phillip Benson grants you the right to use the Software as provided below.

If you do not accept the terms and conditions of the Licence Agreement, please delete every copy of the software from your computer(s).

The Vendor reserves the right to license LodgeDat to others under a different license agreement.

Licence

Provided always:
  that a licence has been duly obtained
  that the users' details have been registered with LodgeDat
  that updates are downloaded and applied when advised

The licensed user / purchaser is hereby granted a licence to:
  Install the system on a maximum of 2 (two) computers
  Use the LodgeDat system for any purpose

We are all aware that Masons are always keen to reduce costs and make the most of what they buy, so the licence allows a Lodge / Chapter / Conclave, etc to purchase one copy of the system and then install it on two PCs so that two Officers can use it or one officer can install it on two PCs.

If you are an Officer of more than one Lodge, etc, you can freely use it to manage the data for all of them. I ask only that you do not make and hand out copies of the system or use your original discs (if supplied) to transfer the system to non-licensed persons.

This does not mean that you can install copies for other Officers ad infinitum! One copy purchased = two installations only, please. The installation and update procedures will incorporate checks to prevent this happening.

Limited Warranty

This program is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. The author will not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of use of this software. While the Software has been developed with great care, it is not possible to warrant that the Software is error free.

Product Support

Technical support by email is available directly from LodgeDat at no additional charge, but the Licensee must first read the built-in help or visit the LodgeDat web site help to make sure that their question or problem is not already answered. If not, the licensee may contact support via the supplied email address with questions in English only.

Unreasonable requests for support that are covered by existing documentation may incur a charge which will have to be paid before support is given.
