- LodgeDat is a data storage system designed by a Freemason
with Freemasons in mind and is intended for use by any Officer or Brother in a
Lodge, Chapter, Conclave, etc.
- It happily copes with the data storage requirements of
any Masonic Order or Constitution and Women's Masonic orders are not
forgotten.
- Information about people, Lodges, Masonic venues, Lodge
assets, meetings and business connections, etc, can be stored and easily
retrieved for use with Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoRoute or PerfectTablePlan;
templates are provided and automatically installed.
- Lots of data about UGLE lodges, venues, orders,
provinces, and other constitutions, etc, are included ready for use and more
are being added daily. Numerous links to websites of interest to Freemasons are
supplied and you can add and retrieve your own, simply and easily.
- There are no limits on the size of each organisation or
the number of them you can store data about. If you are the Secretary of 1
Lodge or 1001, you can store information about them in LodgeDat.
- Simple table planning is built in using the supplied
Excel and Word templates and, to provide fully customisable seating plans,
LodgeDat exports data for use by the excellent
PerfectTablePlan seating plan program.
- ... and much more ... See here for more details.
