Download the Adobe Reader document and print all the 'odd' pages. Re-insert the pages so that the next run will print on the reverse, and then print all the 'even' pages.

Depending on your printer, you may have to sort the pages so that they feed through the second time in the correct order. Run a test with a shorter document before printing the manual.

You should end up with the first and last pages together on the outside. The pages are numbered to help you. Staple them together in the middle and fold them so that the covers are on the outside. Trim them to size using the crop marks as a guide.
